The SZABIST Online Admission System (OAS) is designed to simplify and streamline the admissions process. Using OAS, applicants can:
  • Apply online to their desired programs
  • Track the status of their application
  • Communicate with the Admissions Office
  • Download and print their admit card
Steps to Apply:

Step 1: Sign Up / Register
Create your account by registering on the OAS platform.
Step 2: Log In and Start Your Application
Log in to your account and begin your application for the selected program.
Step 3: Complete the Application Form
Fill out the application form by providing all required information.(There are)4 mandatory sections and 3 optional sections to complete.)
Step 4: Finalize and Submit Your Application
Review all details, then finalize and submit the form.
Step 5: Pay the Application Fee and Upload Voucher
Pay the processing fee and upload the payment voucher through the portal.

To apply for an additional program, use the “Apply for Another Program” option. And complete the above all steps, where applicable.

Once your application is submitted, the Admissions Office will review it. If you meet the eligibility criteria for your selected program, you will be invited to appear for a test, interview, or both,based on the program's admission policy.

Registration with SZABIST Admission System

  • Your email address will serve as your user ID and cannot be changed later.
  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled in to proceed.

Step 2: Log In and Start Your Application

After Signing In:

Step 1: Once you log in, you'll be directed to the Applicant Home Page, where you can view all your current and submitted applications.

Step 2: To begin or continue an application, click "Work on this application."

Step 3: For first-time users, an application form for the selected program will be automatically generated and pre-filled with your basic registration details.

The application form is divided into sections, with progress shown under "Check Status."
  • Red = Incomplete
  • Green with checkmark = Complete
Once all mandatory and optional sections are complete, the "Finalize and Submit" button will be enabled. You don't need to complete the form in one sitting—take your time to ensure all information is accurate. For section-specific guidance, use the following links:

Basic Info Section

Begin by filling in your name, NIC, passport (if applicable), and address from top to bottom.Fields marked with * are mandatory.Some fields are conditionally required—for example, passport details if you're not a Pakistani national.Incomplete fields will be highlighted in red.


When you click "Save" or "Save or Save and Continue", the system checks your input. If any required info is missing, an error message appears. If everything is correct, a confirmation message is shown.

Education Section

Before starting, check the minimum qualification for your program on the Requirements page. Enter all qualifications up to the required level (e.g., Matric, Inter, Bachelor’s). Adding higher qualifications is recommended.

  • All fields are mandatory
  • Only one Matric/O-Level and one Inter/A-Level allowed
  • You can add multiple Bachelor's or Master's degrees
  • Use MM/YYYY for dates (estimate if unsure)
  • Enter accurate percentages—contact your institution if needed

Work Experience Section (Optional)

Check your program's requirements first. If applicable, enter details of all past and current jobs.

Key Points:
  • Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
  • Select "No" if you have no work experience
  • Include your organization's full address
  • The Admissions Office will verify if your experience meets program criteria (e.g., 3 years managerial)

Siblings Section (Optional)

If you have siblings currently studying or graduated from SZABIST, enter their full name and program.

Select "No" if not applicable.

Other Details Section

Use this section to briefly explain why you chose your program and highlight your strengths.

  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
  • Text boxes have character limits (including spaces and symbols)
  • Keep your personal statement clear and concise

Test Details Section

If your program requires a test, choose between the SZABIST test or a valid external test (GMAT, GRE, SAT, NTS).

  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
  • Select "Yes" for SZABIST test; otherwise, select "No" and enter external test details
  • Provide your test score
  • Expired test scores are not accepted

References Section (Optional)

Check the Requirements page to see if recommendation letters are needed and how many.

Key Points:
  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
  • Provide accurate contact details for each referee
  • Only listed referees should submit signed recommendation letters in sealed envelopes
  • Do not write or fake your own references
  • Referees must be teachers, advisors, or professional contacts—not subordinates

Step 4: Finalize and Submit Your Application

Finalize and Submit Your Application

Once all sections are marked Complete, the “Finalize and Submit” button will activate. Review your application, click the button, and accept the disclaimer to submit. After submission, no edits are allowed.



Step 5: Pay the Application Fee and Upload Voucher

Pay the processing fee and upload the payment voucher through the portal. If you cannot update it online, you may:
  • Share the document or fee voucher via WhatsApp
  • Or submit them in person at the Admissions Office


Forgot Password

If you forget your password, enter your registered email on the "Forgot Password" page to receive a reset link. Keep your password confidential.
